Our Pastor
Pastor Rev Franklin Shines Sr
Pastor Rev Franklin Shines Sr is the Senior Pastor of Zion Hill Church of God in Christ. His journey of faith began when he was saved in July 1961 in East Palo Alto, California.
In 1963, he received his minister's license and embarked on a ministry that would span decades. He conducted revivals throughout Northern and Central California, bringing the Gospel to communities far and wide.
With over 60 years of dedicated serviceto the Lord, Pastor Shines continues to lead Zion Hill COGIC with wisdom, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to God's Word. Under his leadership, the church has become a beacon of faith and community service in Anthony, Florida.
Pastor Shines' ministry is characterized by a deep love for the Word of God, a passion for evangelism, and a commitment to building up the body of Christ. He has mentored countless ministers and church leaders throughout his years of service.

Our Church
Zion Hill Church of God in Christ is located at 3023 NE 86th Lane, Anthony, FL 32617. As part of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) denomination — one of the largest Pentecostal denominations in the world — we are committed to the Apostolic faith and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit.
Our church offers Sunday Morning Worship at 10:00 AM ET via Zoom, making it possible for members and visitors to worship from anywhere. We believe that the church is not just a building, but a community of believers united in Christ.
