Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Rev Franklin Shines Sr
Saved in July 1961 in East Palo Alto, California, Pastor Shines received his minister's license in 1963 and went on to conduct revivals throughout Northern and Central California.
With over 60 years of devoted service, he leads Zion Hill COGIC with wisdom, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to God's Word.
